It looks as though I'm the only one posting who is annoyed at the way this placement is being done.
I would have preferred that all shareholders had the opportunity to be involved.

I accept that Hardman need to be cashed up and that this is positive for the company.

I just can't help thinking that when the false selling settles, the share price will quickly return to a more realistic value of $1.00 plus.

Those who picked up shares in the placement will have a nice little gift at the cost of existing holders.
