I totally agree with your comments and I support Hardman the company but as a shareholder,read part owner, I am concerned to see that things are done for the benefit of all shareholders,not just Woodside and favoured Institutions.
The info concerning this placement has been leaked like a sive,allowing insider trading and a false selling pressure to influence the share price negatively.
On the other hand, Drilling reports are so uninformative that it takes days of speculation to get a feel of what is happening.
With three out of four successes, this company is adding value each and every day.We do not need to issue shares at a discount,and if this goes ahead the directors should be called to account.
The shareholders own the company.
