    This is the first time I have seen this.
    The wording backs up the situation that there is a lot more to come from the situation. From the SMH - The now Shell/PetroChina-owned Arrow on Monday said it had made a preliminary, indicative and non-binding proposal to acquire Bow via a scheme of arrangement.
