We have had RC as MD for Less than 6 Months and he has provided more in that 6 months than the last 5 years.

But I think I can speak for long term shareholder like myself, when I say "I think we could have been in this position a long time ago before all the dilution". However we are here now.

With regards to the comments above regarding JH and RC. It seems apparent to me that for the last 2 years we receivde an annoucement every month stating "in deep negotiations with possible JV", however RC comes along and within 6 months gets a 1 JV and there is another on the way.

So when CB was campaigning for JH and a board spill 6 months ago I have to say I hopped on the CB and Friends wagon and wanted JH re-instated.

BUT 6 MONTHS LATER THE ORGINAL BOARD WAS CORRECT JH WAS AN IMPEDIMENT FOR A JV
