    Ian,

    Cottee is there as a result of the Board having dismissed John Heugh as managing director and sought a replacement. Cottee was the replacement the Board proposed to shareholders. He came with a condition that two Board members were part of his deal.

    CamdenBob and Clive Palmers S249Ds were designed to place their candidates on the Board and in both cases reinstate John Heugh as MD ... neither s249D was successful ... the first (CB's) was defeated by a majority of shareholders and the second (Palmers) withdrawn (IMO because it would have failed) ... the rest is history.
