Agree, for permanents I like a 30:30:40 weighting for executive roles that have longer horizons in regards their work. 30% Base, 30% STI, 40% LTI. For locums you pay what you a can afford and try and get the best for the job at the time. Cohen was possibly their only choice given they had a time constraint.
