INTRODUCTION
Dear Delegate,
Welcome to the “Australia’s Rising Stars” investment seminar series, a joint initiative between corporate
communications and investor relations groups, Europe-Australia Investor Relations and Jan Hope & Partners,
featuring new high-flyers in the Australian Resources sector.
The Seminar Series is designed to provide a unique insight into the Australian resources sector, which is currently
experiencing a period of unprecedented growth spurred on by the rapid expansion and industrialisation of China
and India.
Each of the companies you will hear from undoubtedly represent some of the most exciting growth stories in the
Australian resources sector today.
Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to listen to presentations given by the senior executives of these
companies and to question them on their performance, outlook and growth strategies.
In addition, we are delighted to present an outstanding keynote address from Mr David Radclyffe, Head of Mining
Research at Australia’s largest independent stockbroking firm, Southern Cross Equities. David will share his
insights into investing in the Australian resources sector and also provide an outlook for the commodities market.
Our sincere thanks go to David for his time and generosity in sharing his considerable knowledge and experience
with us.
Finally, on behalf of all the presenting companies, we would like to thank you for joining us for what is expected to
be an informative, enjoyable and stimulating day of presentations, discussion and information exchange.
