maybe its like comdek... pick up a shitty asset for change of nature and scale.. then bring in the 'real' project
i dont think the the project looks bad but i feel like there should be more
im not too concerned with the panic, given the state of market. perhaps people are jumping ship to get back into comdek which could be considered a good buy
