On the outside looks good for flow,But why? is ME getting senile,unpredictable,or simple out to destroy him self and shareholders,imo No,is there advantage to FAR- yes imo.
Not to have anything to gain with a takeover is a corporate suicide imo.DD would have gone for a while and a bit before the decision was made to make the offer,Any way i have a lot of skin in far so take what you will. open to any views
