Kathy who alleged she was raped by Shorten was also able to prove they were both at the said young labor event.
She was also able to provide names of people who were there at the event who could confirm that with police.
Despite the ABC never providing a running commentary on the developments in Kathy's story I would like to ask why the ABC thinks this same kind of detail (evidence?) is so important now when Vic Pol provided with the same info said it does not add enough punch to make the case strong enough to prosecute.
Is this a rolling media witch hunt the ABC need to win?
