Would not be surprised if Dan resigned pretty soon, the problem is that there is no one else that can really lead the Victorian ALP. They have all been pushed out by the factional warlords and Somulyrek/ Andrews forces.
They might try and get someone like Richard Marles to go back to state politics as without Dan, the ALP in Victoria have no one else that could even be considered a half decent Premier.
Dan has exterminated the rest of them in his own Party.
The Labor Party are a political party walking into the abyss in Victoria, might never come back.
