    MXG went into a trading halt until 10.10am making the news look significant when it was really no news at all as MXG were out of Stratford 6mths ago.

    On the other side of Wembley it appears the Judge found for both parties and there was no suggestion that the 6m pound market cap on damages for Cleveland does not apply.

    In addition don't count on MXG not having to pay massive penalties for their late finish.
