    South Africa's Aspen Pharma has now thrown its hat in the ring for Sigma at 60c a share or some $720 million equity value plus circa $800m in debt plus circa $800m in working capital

    Remember our dollar gone down 10% hence 70 cents is most ilkely to be upgraded by "Aspen Pharma" itself without putting a single extra cents from pockets.
