    Victor Kasongo gave breakfast talk this morning.

    Key information was said that letters in forming the miners where they stood will be issued in 14 day.

    If this time table is kept to Tiger confident could have whole thing put to bed before end of March.

    Pretty confident all criteria Victor Kasaongo mentioned in the speech are met.
