I doubt if the directors would be selling options, more like they want fully paid's to take advantage of any possible upcoming fund raising to FPO's. I have only held options and did sell a few at $1.11 but not sizing up the ordinaries at these low levels, was annoyed last time I missed out, not going to let it get away again...
