tu, I agree with you on all counts.

I do not see however at this stage that this stock is worth buying.

as you point out their are still many issues to overcome.

The major issue is getting the current government re-elected and getting the POL issues.

In the short term once the first load of reo is processed, and the question of waste can be addressed and exported as a commerical product, it is only then that SMSL will loose face. Until that question is resolved in the affirmative, SMSL will simply continue to have headlines.

Until then this stock is just speculative.

Really the team at LYC need to have a concrete plan set in place for producing the same day the ASX annoucement comes out first product is ready for sale to begin turning residues from first processing into a commerical by product.

If they don't no matter what happens, the sp is still stuffed.

Get that residue out of the country and SMSL have no case to base their lies on.

Just my opinion.

Till then, I own but would not buy a single share.
