I dont think Abbott would have ever introduced the plebiscite myself . Just to stupid todo it and had very reason not to do it by financial case and also by political acumen that you can cast off that sort of campaign stupidity as being sensible policy .

Turnbull does not have that . He is a wish and wash on everything like the washing blowing in the breeze .
