20.5% of electors couldn’t be bothered to return the form so obviously don’t care either way.
“No” voters were 38.4% of 79.5% so in fact only 30.5% of electors said no.
The survey was on one question. About changing the law to allow same sex couples to marry. The survey did not ask whether there should be more laws to enable discrimination against gays.
