Yes they are atleast informing ALL shareholders which is one of their primary duties.
This is, at least, a start to bring back confidence and the fact that the company is sitting on a multi billion dollar resource. Never mind the shinnanigans that are going on, if its in the ground and proven - there is no reason why the Rock shouldn't rock.
