there is nothing in that announcement today that suggests there offer will not proceed.

If anything, it is pointing to the the fund wanting to go ahead with the deal, they have the there due dil. but I can see where you are coming from.

Of course from a personal perspective, you would dearly love the offer to fall through, so you can buy back, as you openly said you sold out already, correct?

Well for us holders, we now have the choice to sell on market or hold and wait and see, but I do hope for all concerned it goes through.

If not, it won't take too long for another bid or Intoll to climb back to these levels anyway.
