There's been a fair ol whack of trading lately. I'm sure a lot of that probably was due to the S&P readjustment but surely WNI's mates couldn't sit back and buy up EVERYTHING on market with the intent on churning over to the takeover bid!
Could they really get away with that? Probably.
In 2 weeks ( including today ) there has been approximately 5.977Mil shares traded. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's about 4% of the companies shares?
Assuming ALLLLLL of those shares were bought by Wah Nam's mates, that would put them at around about 77%
All a bit of guess work of course but I am a little surprised to have not seen a sub notice yet :?
