General Atomic in the USA have a subsidiary called Heathgate. They are a private (i.e. unlisted) company that operate the Beverley Mine in South Australia.
Heathgate, in turn, have a subsidiary called Quasar (also unlisted), and Quasar (75%) and Alliance (25% free-carried) are the joint venture partners in the Beverley 4-Mile exploration (Arkaroola).
Thus, Heathgate, through its subsidiary Quasar, are AGS's partners, and also operate the Beverley Mine.
