The name of the losing competitor was mentioned at the time, MGC, but it was a few weeks ago and I cannot remember their name.
My source was quite confident as to the accuracy of the outcome of the tender and that it was a big project (compared to anything NMS had undertaken to date).
I am surprised we have not seen any announcement as yet.
