Despite any negative comments, IMO the following quote from the FZR release today will indicate the state of current affairs
(after discussing the matter of royalties being expected from Buru and Mitsubishi):
...." In the opinion of the directors, further information on those matters could prejudice the interests of the Company because it may relate to matters which are currently under negotiation and premature disclosure could breach commercial confidentiality"......
