That makes sense. The quickest way they could meet the Mitsubishi free carry benchmark (3k bopd) would be to prove they have a 3rd production well to use. Could def be done quite quickly compared to drilling any wells.
That being said, they have been sitting on drilling Ophir and Praslin for 1/2 a year.
I guess the time that passes, the easier it will be to know if they actually plan to do anything this year.
