I totally agree Hoots with your quote. Adding weight for price to hold at this support will be OPEC's decision to reduce output. Time to pause and see what BRU management come up with and any future exploration commitments. If it seems they need another CR be it a modest one, the SP will stay where it is but if they can do E&D without a CR then I'm OTO the SP will go north with the POO.
