DONEIT, those 'maybe's' as others have said will take time to eventuate if at all. Especially with any bigger companies as there is lots of red tape to cut through.
But macro20's point was that regardless of who's potentially going to sign up, the market is showing no investor confidence. With the type of spec these guys are, the market generally values the SP with regard to future earnings.
What does the SP tell you?
