The commercial reality is that most organisations have a chain of hierarchy through which decisions must proceed.It's anyone's guess how long each individual company's decision will take. I would expect some results soon and proceeding into the first quater of next year.
I have no doubt the money will be flowing in soon.
Huge upside with this stock evn in the current market.
