more zest when directors invest, page-2

ME73...owning shares bought with your own money is the measure, not how many shares are gifted to directors and then considered an expression of a directors belief in the coy....more deep research needed there to get a true handle on that.
Exercising options in the money and paying for them by the sale of gifted shares is a no brainer...and as you are probably aware there have been big sales of parcels a few years back of director related family held parcels for mils. I grizzled to my broker about it of course to no avail...they wanted some spoils and escrows allowed it. Good for some but does nothing for SP. I still hold the view that the directors need to sharpen their game or tell us why the SP is weak at what should be one of the most buoyant times in the companies many time written and predicted development...they need to be more accountable, end of story...they have been given enough rope by shareholders who are squealing now for overdue feedback
