    i see 2 positives.

    1 less dilution at 2.2 c than la jolla at 1.8c.

    2 this is probably the first time the directors have got an incentive to get a move on and get some positive news to the market by mid april to try and get some traction in the sp to incentivis current holders to chip in and buy more shares at a hopefully 50%+ discount by mid april.
