Paul, I make it 12 more to come in California before 31/12, these are only the ones I've spotted however don't think there were many missed.
A lot of other states being covered as well but I guess closing contracts in California is just getting a bit more attention because of the tight deadline.

Looks like a fair few of those 31/12 $1.10 options will be exercised, probably $2million to $3 million, and on top of the $13.8 million already in the bank from the National Bank funding and the equity isssues this will mean the Traffic division can really further increase the instalation rate.
