Sook, IBA is potentially a cash machine going forward...
Based on their $540-$560m revenue and 23% EBITDA margin, there is close to $125m EBITDA - this stacks up with second half last year being +$25m op cashflow and the additional $70m pa of cashflow released after the ESA prepayment finished in Apr 08.
$300m debt is very manageable next to this sort of cash inflow.
