Umm, I don't think even Gary would be that optimistic - that quote was from last year. I think he will be happy if he gets 3 up and running on Lorenzo 1.9... or perhaps even one signed-off installation...
However, it would be wrong to entirely blame this on iSoft - their role is to deliver the base product stages to CSC (they are well ahead of CSC's needs on this) and to provide CSC with the staff required for implementation (which they have also done). CSC works with CfH and the hospital trusts to implement - so could just be a case of "too many cooks..."
