Morella does not have a JV with SYA it is an earn in agreement.
What money was spent last year will not necessarily repeat this year.

Lithium Corp owns thousands of acres in Nevada rich in Lithium Clay and Brine which he secured over a decade ago.
Did you know that Tesla intends to use clay in his Texas refinery.

Interestingly I just got off the phone from one who has had a buy order in for a month and has only moved up two places in the queue, volume wise it should have been about 20 and when I last bought I was charged at the buy price but did not show as a buy on the platform.
