You mean that Li company that was producing Spondumene SC6 quality at about $320 Aus per tonne and was suppling 17% of the world Li market via Ganfeng and Yahua who converted the spod to LiOH for LG Chem to supply Tesla with batteries.
Yes they were taken out at midnight even with a deal accepted by the LNH hours before.
Could it be that the competition saw Altura as a threat being able to produce a quality product and sign long term deals at a much lower price achievable than it's peers?
