310843B....I use a very similar method, although I generally pour copious amounts of beer into the cooker......in saying that, if you get carried away and put in too much too quickly, the meal can sometimes be a little sub-standard (which won't really matter anyway, as long as the beer has been poured into the guests at the same rate as the cooker!)
