I agree with a plan to diversify. Done well it becomes a form of insurance that can be seen in the likes of co ops like Wesfarmers. Under performing divisions can be countered by the winning ones.
I just do not want to see a deal for the sake of it or to be seen to be doing something. Risk usually enters the equation just after you start doing something where you don't know what you are doing. We cannot afford this type of deal. What Morgan is looking for does not come along every day.
