Why would MS buy in 60% if they did not like what they see.ABS still retains 40%.
The US business has one major advantage over Australia - the minimum wage is 50% lower.
Child care workers are on one of the lowest awards in Australia (in Victoria $14/hr) and ABS is already complaining about staff costs.
As for the PE it is not what you quoted - that's the projected PE and the market doesn't believe it.
