Fortunately I have some good news for you... I am a project manager for large scale grid connected solar farms. Batteries absolutely will be required. Not just yet as solar is still new and times are being developed, but the batteries are needed to smooth out power fluctuations. This isn't a maybe, it's a certainty. Only question is vanadium redox or lithium. I think both. I'm far from concerned with my investments
