    I am thinking the same thing ... and I DONT want to be gruesome or disrespectful, but it COULD be a medical matter.

    I have no information whatsoever, but it COULD explain the suddenness (lack of succession planning) and lack of detail in the annoucement.

    Hope I am wrong...
