I think it's just the way Morgan Stanley present their reports. Another way to look at it if that is his downside risk from 13c, and we are currently at 7.9c, it's a good time to do some solid buying at this price.
Overall Adam certainly seems pretty bullish on SNE, but i suppose nothing is ever a sure thing.
