Maybe this means they have returned most of the shares they have borrowed for shorting? Surely not.

Today is Melbourne Cup day and I was thinking wouldn't this be just the perfect day for Galaxy to tell us the POSCO money is in the bank. I was also thinking about that special dividend that Anthony hinted was on the cards. What I would like is for them to announce the dividend, but set the record date way into the future. That would encourage long termers to hang in there, hopefully so they could benefit by the SdV partnership and offtake agreement announcements. And it would just kill the shorts.
