I love it! They can't help themselves. The way I see it, if such circumstances existed that FMG cannot manage, then its folding would be the least of our worries. So many other big and small companies would also fail that Australia would be wiped out economically.
As I keep saying, none of this negativity worries me. I would be more worried if they were all positive. The volume today does seem to indicate short covering. Maybe the shorts have figured that a general down day is a good time to buy back. Makes sense.
The Chinese Plenum assembly apparently did not produce much drama. The four banks and BHP are alone responsible for 35 points of the 74 point drop.
FMG topped the rising influence by a factor of five times the next best rising stock (CSR).
