Appreciate your informative posts, and agree with you on a few points. My question, yes there may be some slightly volatile times ahead, but why would not look at acqusitions now while there may be distrassed assets for sale in the marketplace or assets that cannot get off the ground due to funding issues??

In my opinion, it makes more sense than to wait until markets have all fully recovered and but assets will come at a premium. As an example, CFE managed to pick up CopperCo assets at a steal over the last 12 months and will most liekly pick up a very healthy profit over next 12 months as a result. I don't necessarily favour a buyback, but its time for TB to take action. I don't see the value in sitting on a billion dollars, in the current market and doing nothing, these guys get paid big bucks to create shareholder wealth, not 'manage' it.

Agree with MS target as being around the right mark.
