It's a compelling case isn't it?... You think the big insto's would surely have been approached about supporting a CR. Hence, it would be as clear as day that they shouldn't have acted on this info. Especially in a 5 min trade window pre CR...
You read about these silly allegations all the time on HC but prima facie, this really looks to be an extremely suspicious case.
