    Perhaps, who knows. But I suspect this is what's holding the sp back. Once it's determined that the offtake agreement is solid, we are making money and demand is constant, then the sp will be healthy again. It's a tough time and sorry to say but the Chinese are only ever in it for themselves and they can snake a snake if you know what I mean. IMO
