From my understanding, the letter of credit would be cleared and banked before ship sets sail, I think Altura has already made a statement to that effect, so independent assessment of quality and grade may be done in Aus by lions own nominated analysts, but if anyone has further information, please post, still drinking my never ending bottle of bourbon, watching rugby league, GO THE STORM.
