I agree a CR seems in the wind as competition hots up for the mandate.
Seems a little early for a CR unless COP have relented and will issue a compliant PE notice to FAR and CNE and FAR wishes to take up its share and fund the higher share of drilliing costs.
I wonder if CNE will reconsider its PE position and bank for another monetising event like DOC.
Still getting down to the price I entered at "before they found oil"
