i am not quite sure how Rivertonroll.com got such info.
looking back on the Ceasing to be a substantial holder announced on 20/09 (2 reports), it doesnt said 7m shares were sold. i read it as merely ceasing to be associated with MY Capital. and there is no info relating to Consideration received. (below screen shot)


where as the the other Ceasing to be a substantial holder announcement, it states the options were converted, and consideration in relation to changes. (Screenshot)


thats how i am reading it. (a split up between Steve and MY Capital where he is no longer the director)
so personally i dont think Steve Xu has sold the 7mil shares.

Also, from what i can find, Steve and hasnt sold any shares. below is the screen shot of the change of Director Interest from THC Global, and no info relating to 7m shares.
