In Nov 19, they raised money at 38c. They released new shares on the 3/12/19 and over the next 5-6 weeks the price was sold down from 47c to 39c. Bit more "buzz" about the stock now, so maybe this time will be different.

Hopefully the price holds up, but I think there will be some buying opportunities in the next 5 weeks.
